We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling an order or subscription with Scandic Health Labs.
You can cancel any active subscription yourself at any time from your account — go to Subscriptions and follow the cancellation flow. We'll ask a quick question about why you're leaving so we can keep improving.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until that end date and will still receive any deliveries already scheduled in that period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If you also want a refund for the current period, review our Refund Policy — the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription charges too.
If a one-time order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@scandichealthlabs.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the product once received under our 30-day refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel, as we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
